Registration & Registration fees
Application procedure:
- Fill in and submit the form
- You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your submitted information (please check your spam/junk folder if necessary)
- After receiving your application, Certitudo Partner d.o.o. will send you an official offer as soon as possible
- The offer will include:
- payment details
- overview of selected services
- Please complete the payment within the deadline specified in the offer
- Once the payment has been received, you will receive an invoice as confirmation
- After all steps have been completed, your application and registration will be considered successfully finalized
Registration Fees (prices are without VAT)
¹ If you wish to register accompanying persons for the conference dinner (24 September), please contact the technical secretariat at Artery26@certitour.com. Please note that Croatian VAT of 13% will be applied to accompanying persons’ dinner invoices (base price 65 EUR), as this service is invoiced separately, outside the registration +accommodation package.
² VAT treatment depends on how you register:
- Registration + accommodation booked together through this website → no Croatian VAT (special taxation procedure, Article 91 of the Croatian VAT Act).
- Registration only (without accommodation) → 25% VAT applies, unless you provide a valid EU or non-EU VAT ID number for your institution (in which case reverse

VAT NOTICE
Due to Croatian tax regulations, VAT may apply to conference registration fees. We recommend booking your registration and accommodation together through the official congress website to benefit from a simplified VAT arrangement (special taxation procedure for travel agencies pursuant to Article 91 of the Croatian VAT Act applies). Under this scheme, VAT will not be charged.
If you choose to arrange accommodation independently and purchase only the registration fee, the following rules apply:
• Invoice issued to an institution: If you would like the invoice to be issued to your institution (for
example, if you are paying personally but will be reimbursed), please provide the institution’s name,
address, and VAT ID number.
– If your institution has a valid VAT number (all EU-based and some non-EU institutions) Croatian 25% VAT will not be charged (reverse charge applies – your institution will account for VAT in your home country). Please check with your institution if you are required to pay the VAT locally.
– Without a VAT ID number, 25% VAT applies.
